Returns Policy

You may return your order for a refund, or credit within 30 days of your original purchase date. All refunds (minus all shipping costs) will be applied to the original payment method.

Note: the following items are non-refundable -'surprise' or clearance items, nursing pads, face masks and 3-in-1 labor and delivery gowns.

To return an eligible item for a refund:

1) please ship to the address below.

Please include the following detail in your return:

-order number and reason for return

IMPORTANT: PRINT on the return package that it is a ‘CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN’ so that no duty will be charged.

We do not recommend using UPS as they charge an extra $20+ for brokerage fees.

2) email customerservice@dressedtodeliver.com with tracking number and date item was shipped and reason for return.

Condition of Return:

All item must be new in packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it including all original packaging with all tags attached. All items must be free of obvious signs of use, including dirt, pet hair, perfume, essential oils, etc.

If items are returned that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied and forfeited, in that case a refund will not be received.

Due to hygienic reasons, Non-refundable items include:

-3-in-1 labor and delivery gowns

-nursing pads

as well as,

-'surprise' or clearance items
