Returns and Exchanges

At Dressed to Deliver, we take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and we stand behind every one of our designs.

For all regularly priced products;

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Dressed to Deliver for a refund or exchange within our 30-day return policy.  Here's what to do:

Please contact us at info@dressedtodeliver.com and let us know the reason for your refund or exchange. We will then provide you with our return shipping address. All returned merchandise must be in the condition you received them with the tags on. 

RECOMMENDATION: We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete.  We also recommend you insure your shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages that we did not ship ourselves. 

 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not accept COD deliveries. 

 

    For Exchanges on Regular Prices Products:

    Please use USPS and indicate it is a warranty return so that no duty will be charged (should you use a different method of shipping and duty is charged, this will be your responsibility). Please include the following information in your email to info@dressedtodeliver.com:

    • Order Number
    • Size You Require
    • Name and Shipping Address

    A new gown will be shipped to you free of charge.

     

    For a Refund on Regular Priced Products:

    Please use USPS and indicate it is a warranty return so and no duty will be charged (should you use a different method of shipping and duty is charged, this will be your responsibility). Please include the following information in your email to info@dressedtodeliver.com:

    • Order Number
    • Name and Shipping Address
    • Reason for the Refund

    Once the gown has been received, you will receive a refund for the gown.

    For an Exchange or Refund on Sale Items

    Sales items can be returned and exchanged as per above unless the sale is greater than 30%. Sales greater than 30% are non-refundable however, can be exchanged for a different size (only exception is our annual surprise birthing gown sale, which is non-refundable). 

    Custom Orders:

    Sorry Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
